Q: How can I view the status of my order?
A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.
Q: What are your shipping costs?
A: You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart.However, final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you see before confirming your order.
Q: How soon will my order arrive?
A: Standard Shipping usually takes 2-9 business days.
Priority Shipping usually takes 3-4 business days.
Express Shipping usually takes 2-3 business days.
Free Shipping is for Standard Flat Rate shipping in the Continental U.S. Only!
Do You Offer Local Pickup?
Yes, we do offer local pickup for Las Vegas area residents. Please let us know if you would like to arrange for local pickup and we will credit your shipping fees back to you.
